3bdrm 3.5 bath Glass Villa in Rainforest | Ocean & Canopy Views

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in between Manual Antonio Park and the surf village of Dominical, this home is minutes from local beaches and a great home base to explore the nearby jungle activities. Located on four acres, bordering a jungle reserve with panoramic Pacific ocean views.

Take a dip in the infinity edge pool and enjoy the cool ocean breezes coming up from the valley below. Only 3km off of the main coast highway but you gain a 1000ft elevation, 4×4 is needed.

The Space

This home has a main house with a modern style. Elevated ceilings and wall to wall windows to take in the view. A chef’s dream modern kitchen is loaded with everything you will need to prepare home cooked meals, or have a private chef come and do all of the work while you relax poolside with your favorite beverage.

The main home has two bedrooms each with king size beds and each equipped with A/C and ceiling fans. There is additional sleeping in the living room which features a queen Sofa sleeper and two twin sleepers. The master bedroom also has a pull out twin mattress under the king bed and a twin sofa sleeper. The spare bedroom has a workstation with desk and monitor in case you need to stay connected.

The home has two full bathrooms inside and another half bath and another outdoor shower outside. Modern amenities in the home include cable highspeed Wi-Fi, and a 65″ smart TV with Netflix and Amazon prime. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms and shear remote operated curtains in the living room. The dining room has a natural hardwood dining table that seats 8 and a breakfast bar that seats 6.

The third bedroom and bathroom is located just steps outside of the main house and has it own living space, complete with living room and a full kitchen and an extra laundry room. Perfect for use as a teen getaway or for a little extra privacy from the main house.

The infinity edge pool has breathtaking ocean and jungle views. Parrots, Toucans and Macaws can be frequently seen flying through the valley below and nesting in our trees. We also have two goats on property below that love to say hi to our visitors.

Guest Access

There are four houses on this property, the main house and three casitas. For this stay the main house and the top Casita are included.

There are two more casitas downstairs from the top Casita.

Other Things To Note

We are on a 4×4 only unpaved, very steep road. Only 3 km from the main highway but a 4×4 is required….trust us the views and breezes are worth the steep drive in.

We also have a guard booth and security during the night time hours for added protection.
